The recipe for Tianjin braised noodles
1. Chop the pork, scallions, and ginger into small pieces.
2. Yellow cauliflower can be cut into several sections with a knife, the fungus can be washed and torn into small pieces, the shiitake mushrooms can be thinly cut, the eggs can be beaten, and water and starch can be prepared.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and cook until 50% hot, then add scallions and ginger until fragrant.
