Method of Steaming Shrimp with Garlic, Vermicelli, Crab and Willow
1. Prepare a handful of vermicelli, 6 prawns, and 4 crab fillets.
2. Boil the vermicelli in hot water, then remove it and soak it in cold water. Remove the shell and shrimp thread from the prawns and wash thoroughly. Cut the crab willow into sections.
3. Mix ginger and garlic foam, salt, sugar, pepper, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce with some water to make a sauce. Set aside.
4. Drain the vermicelli and place them on a plate, then shape them with crab willows and prawns.
5. Put some chopped Chinese cabbage leaves in the middle.
6. Bring the water in the pot to a boil over high heat, place it on a plate, cover it with a lid, and steam for 10 minutes.
7. Pour sesame oil over the pot and sprinkle with scallions.

Tips
Boil the vermicelli with cold water and then cut them short. The crab willow needs to be peeled off with the outer adhesive tape. The juice can be mixed according to personal preference. If you don't like to eat scallions, you can skip them.
