Practice of Cold Mixed Rape Egg cakes
1. Remove the yellow leaves from the rapeseed, clean them thoroughly, cut off the roots, and keep only the leaves. Boil water in a pot, add rapeseed when the water boils, blanch until soft, control the water and remove.
2. Beat the eggs and mix well with 20g of water. Add a few drops of Jade Emperor oil and U-flavored peanut oil to a flat non stick pan, heat over low to medium heat, pour the egg mixture into the pan, quickly flip the pan over to spread the egg mixture evenly and make it as thin as possible!

4. Cut the egg cake into 1cm wide strips, mix them with onions and rape, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt, mix them well and place them on the plate. Sprinkle some sesame seeds for better appearance~
Tips
The roots of rapeseed are thick and can be directly cut off, leaving only the stems and leaves. If you have gum bleeding or other symptoms, remember to eat more rapeseed!
