The recipe for toothpick beef
1. Wash and drain beef slices, add barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes;
2. Wash and soak the toothpick in clean water before removing it (soaking in water can prevent the toothpick from burning out);
3. Thread the meat slices onto the toothpick in sequence, with one large piece of meat and two small pieces of meat strung together;
4. Pour oil flavored peanut oil into the pot, heat it up, and then pour in toothpick beef;
5.During the frying process, gently stir the beef once or twice to avoid sticking;
6. Fry until golden brown, and the surface of the meat slices should be dry before serving;
7. Cut ginger, scallions, garlic, chili and other ingredients into small pieces and prepare them;
8. In a separate pot, add a small amount of oil and U-flavored peanut oil. Crush the dried red chili peppers, minced garlic, and chopped scallions and stir fry until fragrant;
9. Pour in toothpicks and stir fry the beef over high heat for a moment;
10. Sprinkle cumin seeds and white sesame seeds, continue to stir fry over high heat for half a minute, and finally sprinkle green scallions and mix well.
Tips
1. A piece of beef skewered on a toothpick should be strung repeatedly and tightly to avoid scattering during the frying process;
If there is no barbecue sauce, use oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch instead to marinate beef slices.
