1 tilapia
1 potato
1 piece of tender tofu

Simple home cooked grilled fish recipe
1. Cut the tilapia in half, keep it open in the middle (you can ask the fish seller to help cut it), and make a few cuts on the fish to marinate and enhance its flavor. Apply a mixture of soy sauce, oil, salt, and cooking wine to the entire body of the fish, place it on a baking tray, and marinate for 1 hour (if not in a hurry, you can marinate for longer and more flavorful). Put some ginger slices under and on the fish to remove the fishy smell.
2. Put the marinated fish into a preheated oven, adjust the temperature of the upper and lower tubes to 230 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
3. Prepare and clean side dishes: shiitake mushrooms, tofu skin, potatoes, onions, konjac, tender tofu
4. Remove the head of the shiitake mushrooms, shred the tofu skin, slice the potatoes, shred the onions (only half of them were used), and cut the konjac and tofu into small pieces. Because my oven is very small, only 11 liters, and the baking tray is not large, I have fewer side dishes.
5. Heat scallions and ginger in hot oil, add cumin and fragrant leaves, stir fry until fragrant, then add a small spoonful of Douban sauce and stir fry until fragrant. (Spices can be added according to personal preference) I made it relatively simple, afraid of getting too hot.
6. Add potato slices, onions, and konjac and stir fry
7. Put in the shiitake mushrooms again
8. After stir frying for a moment, add an appropriate amount of water and boil
9. When it's almost cooked, add the tofu skin and tofu chunks at the end
10. Take out the grilled fish, pour the cooked side dishes and soup into the baking tray. (My baking tray is too small and shallow, I can't fit all the side dishes)
11. After placing the side dishes, put the fish back in the oven and grill for another 10 minutes
12. The delicious grilled fish is out of the oven! I didn't buy cilantro or scallions for decoration. They don't look very good, but the taste is amazing. My boyfriend praised them for being delicious!
Tips
You can choose your favorite side dishes and add whatever you like. According to personal preferences, it can be made into spicy, sour, or light dishes!
