200g Tofu Soak

Two cloves of garlic
Moderate amount of scallions
Moderate amount of coriander
3 chili peppers
Moderate amount of light soy sauce
Appropriate amount of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of Pixian Douban Sauce
Appropriate amount of oil

The method of soaking braised tofu
1. Soak the purchased tofu in hot water, rinse and filter out excess water for later use
2. Cut ginger, garlic, scallions, cilantro, chili peppers as shown in the picture and set aside for later use
3. Heat the oil and add ginger and garlic to the wok, then stir fry
4. Add tofu and stir fry evenly
5. Then add soy sauce and stir fry evenly
6. Add oyster sauce and stir fry evenly
7. Add a spoonful of Pixian Douban Sauce and stir fry evenly
8. Add a bowl of hot water and simmer over high heat for about 3 minutes
9. Harvest juice over high heat
10. Add chili and scallions and stir fry to make chopped green
11. After turning off the heat, add cilantro and stir fry evenly before serving on a plate

Tips
I added soy sauce and Douban sauce to this dish, and the salty taste is enough, so I didn't add any salt. If the tofu is steeped in a large amount, it should be done appropriately.
