The recipe for kelp and goji berry rib soup
1. Prepare ingredients: Wash and chop pork ribs, and cut seaweed into appropriate sized pieces.
2. Soak red dates and goji berries in advance, cut into scallions and ginger slices.
3. Boil water in a pot and blanch seaweed for two minutes, then remove the cold water.
4. Blanch the pork ribs until they turn white, then remove and rinse with warm water for later use.
5. Add enough water to the soup pot, add pork ribs, scallions, and ginger slices, and then add two tablespoons of yellow wine. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium to low heat for about 40 minutes.
6. Pick up the scallions and ginger slices, discard them, and add seaweed to continue simmering for about 20 minutes.
7. Put in red dates and simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, then add goji berries.

Tips
I use fresh seaweed, and if I use dry seaweed, I need to soak it thoroughly in advance.
Even without yellow wine, it can be omitted.
Red dates can be placed together with seaweed, so I didn't stew them for too long to keep them intact.
