1.Chop the pork belly into filling, and cut the old tofu into finger sized pieces for later use. Prepare scallions and ginger slices, a suitable amount of Sichuan pepper and star anise dried chili, two or three slices of Bai Zhi Xiang Ye, a small piece of cinnamon, soak in water and set aside.
