The method of steaming shrimp with tofu
1. Shrimp processing: Remove the shrimp line and shrimp head.
2. Then add cooking wine and salt to marinate.
3. Cut the tofu into pieces and place them on a plate. (I was supposed to use Japanese tofu, but I couldn't buy it, so I just used internal fat tofu instead.)
4. Place the marinated shrimp on top of tofu cubes and steam in a steamer for five minutes.
5. Then drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with scallions (originally meant for green beans, but no longer available at home, so scallions were used instead) and steam for another minute.
6. Take it out of the pot and serve it on the table. When it's ready to eat, describe it in two words: fresh and tender, most suitable for the elderly and children.
