The method of making braised pork
1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into small squares like the one shown in the picture

3. Pour the sliced meat into the pot, stir it to a boil, and be careful to use low heat. If the heat is too high, the meat may be squeezed dry
4.After a few minutes, wait until the meat no longer sticks to each other and start adding the ingredients

6. After 1 to 2 minutes, add chicken essence, thirteen spices, Sichuan peppercorns, and continue stirring over low heat
