The method of braised pork ribs

7. Pour in the sauce for marinated pork ribs and add water until it reaches the surface of the ribs. If there are too many ribs and water, you can add some light soy sauce to adjust the color.
8. Add chicken essence, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
9.When the sauce is about ready, add chopped scallions and shredded cilantro, stir fry and remove from the pot.
10. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on the surface of the pork ribs, and add a few cilantro leaves for decoration. The delicious braised pork ribs are ready!
Tips
1. Pork ribs should be marinated for 30-60 minutes to enhance their flavor;
2. Pork ribs that have been marinated for a long time will become more flavorful, so it is important to control the amount of water added to avoid excessive saltiness.
3. When adding oil, just use less oil, as the pork ribs will fry out oil.
4. If you have time, you can stir fry the white syrup in a separate pot and then pour in the pork ribs to stir fry, making the sugar color more prominent.
5. If you don't like too much seasoning, you can adjust it according to personal needs.
