Ingredients and materials

3 garlic cloves
2 dried chili peppers
Salt in moderation

One and a half spoonfuls of light soy sauce
Half a spoonful of dark soy sauce
The method of making homemade dry pot dumplings
1. Tear off the cabbage piece by piece, use your hands to tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces, and stir fry a plate with half of the cabbage.
2. Cut the shredded meat, flatten the garlic cloves, and cut the chili into sections.
Soak the cabbage in salt water for 15 minutes, drain the water before stir frying and set aside.
3. Heat up the oil in the pot and add a little lard.
4. Add shredded meat and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add garlic cloves and chili peppers to the pan and stir fry.
5. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, then add drained cabbage and stir fry until the cabbage becomes soft.
6. Add sugar and salt before cooking. If the taste is light, you can skip adding salt.
Tips
Because we didn't have pork belly at home, we used some lard when cooking. If there is pork belly, there is no need to add lard, but if not, it must be * for a good taste.
