1. Prepare ingredients (grass carp is a pre processed box bought from the supermarket)
2. Wash the fish thoroughly, add some cornstarch and soy sauce, and marinate for ten minutes
3. Cut half of the ginger into shreds, half into powder, and cut the scallion leaves into scallions. Cut all the chili, ginger, scallions, and garlic as follows
