Spicy Braised pork belly
1. Prepare ingredients as shown in the picture
2. Clean the pork belly, cut it into pieces, and then boil it in cold water (size to be determined by yourself)

4. Do not put oil in a non stick pan. Arrange the pork belly neatly and open fire to fry any excess oil
5. Fry the pork belly until golden brown

Tips
Pork belly must be fried and excess oil must be stir fried to make the meat non greasy!
