Recipe for Steamed Shrimp with Seafood Mushroom and Okra
1. Wash the seafood mushrooms and place them on the bottom of a bowl or plate (I steamed them directly from the bowl for the convenience of bringing rice). Use a small spoon to shape the shrimp into small circles and place them on top of the seafood mushrooms
2. I put a few okra as a decoration, but it steamed and melted
3. Mix the ingredients (soy sauce, fish sauce, white sugar, oyster sauce, Sichuan pepper oil) evenly, then add an appropriate amount of cold white water and stir. Adjust the saltiness according to personal taste. Pour the mixed sauce into a bowl (plate) and avoid it being too juicy because water still needs to come out during the steaming process
4. After the water in the steamer boils, put it in and steam for 15 minutes. When steaming, another pot of white water should be used to cook the okra for 6-7 minutes. Remove it and wait for the seafood mushrooms and shrimp to be steamed before putting them together to absorb the flavor. I was lazy and didn't put them on the plate, but the taste is really great
