The method of making high rise pork ribs
1. Blanch the pork ribs in cold water, remove the foam, and drain the water for later use.
2. Slice ginger and garlic.

2. Stir fried rock sugar is used to color the pork ribs, but it is not necessary to directly turn both sides of the ribs yellow.
