The recipe for sweet and sour shrimp
1. Cut off the shrimp whiskers from fresh prawns, wash them, drain the water, and set aside for later use
2. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, heat the oil to 70%, then add a small amount of prawns and fry until the prawns change color.
(I divided the shrimp into several parts and fried them, so that the shrimp would be heated evenly after being soaked in oil.)
3. Take out the fried shrimp and set it aside for later use
4. Prepare seasonings: appropriate amount of white sugar, appropriate amount of vinegar, a little salt, and then add a little boiling water to stir the seasonings evenly. standby
5. Prepare chopped scallions and ginger
6. Add a little cooking oil to the wok, heat it up, and then add chopped scallions and ginger to stir fry until fragrant
7. Add the fried shrimp and stir fry quickly a few times together
8. Add a small amount of cooking wine and pre prepared seasonings, stir fry over high heat until the shrimp is fully cooked and ready to serve.
9. Serve the sweet and sour sweet and sour shrimp on the table, delicious and tasty!
Tips
Be careful not to get splashed with oil when frying shrimp! There is no need to fry for too long, as the shrimp meat will age over time.
If you have time, you can open the shrimp back and remove the shrimp line. The noon time is too rushed, there's no time to take it slow.
I try not to add monosodium glutamate to my cooking. If necessary, you can add a little by yourself.
