The method of making dried tofu with a thousand pages in a pot
1. Put the pork belly into a pot with cold water, add ginger slices and scallions, and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for five to six minutes until cooked to 70-80%. This way, the meat is tough and delicious.
2. The pork belly is about 70-80% cooked as shown in the picture, but the inside is still partially pink in color. Cut into thin slices after cooling.

11. Add salt, sugar, and a little chicken essence. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil. For those who enjoy spicy flavors, add a little red oil.
