The Method of Braised Pork with Dried Beans
1. Main ingredients: Dried beans should be soaked in warm water at least 2 hours in advance to soften.
2. Prepare other auxiliary materials.
3. Cut ginger slices and scallions into circles of about 1 centimeter, and slightly reduce garlic.
4. Wash the dried beans and cut them into sections about 4 centimeters long.

Tips
There is no cast iron pot that can be used for frying in a non stick pot. When simmering, transfer it to a clay pot or stew pot.
